Ann Bilyew

Ann has more than 20 years of experience in investing in and leading health care companies. She is responsible for the quality, client retention, growth, and financial performance of market-leading companies such as Krames and EngagedMedia.

Ann has also served as the CEO of MDeverywhere, a market-leading health care SAS technology and revenue cycle company, and as a board member and general partner of Advent International, a top private equity firm. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Kansas.

Simon Bradstock
Senior vice president and general manager

Simon's depth of experience he brings to Krames includes developing data-driven products, driving consumer engagement and action, building value-based client relationships, delivering profitable growth through new and existing revenue streams, and planning and delivering successful M&A and integrations.

Previously, he served as the president of Tea Leaves Health, the provider division of Welltok, Inc. Its analytics and marketing technology platform enables hospitals and health systems to deliver data-driven messaging and engagement campaigns to consumers and physicians, resulting in strategic service line growth.

He has also held progressive leadership roles with Experian's consumer insights business and its Hitwise digital measurement solution. Additionally, he spent 14 years in sales, product, and operations leadership with the Dow Jones/Reuters/Factiva group of companies.

Simon holds a bachelor's degree in genetics from Swansea University and a postgraduate certificate in management studies from the University of West London.


David Klasnick
Senior vice president of client services

David oversees the implementation, value delivery, and account management functions for Krames clients in the health system, payer, and association sectors.  

David is a performance-driven leader with more than 20 years of experience in hospital operations improvement, technology implementation, and value delivery. He joined Krames after tenures as the managing director and senior director for consulting services with The Advisory Board. He also held progressive health care consulting roles with Cardinal Health. He received his MBA and bachelor's degrees from the University of Denver.

Michael Andrews
Vice president of health system sales

A high-performing digital leader with more than 10 years of sales management experience, Michael oversees health systems partnership growth and retention. 

Leading the WebMD/Medscape Health Systems division for the past six years, he developed and launched the first patient acquisition and physician referral programs.

Michael has managed sales teams at the forefront of digital transformation and performance marketing. From guiding Time Inc.'s transition to programmatic solutions to transforming B2B advertising to demand-generation KPIs, Michael excels at proving ROI.

Michael received his master's degree from The New School in writing and his bachelor's degree from The George Washington University. 

Mitch Collier
Vice president of products and services

Mitch leads the product management and user experience teams in creating and enhancing Krames solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience in building patient, consumer, and clinician applications. As an early participant in the HL7® FHIR® Foundation, Mitch has been an industry leader in interoperability and integrated solutions with EHR systems. He's passionate about new and innovative solutions that help people manage their health and improve health care.

Mitch studied at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He has a bachelor's degree from Pacific University.

Denise Spillane, FACHE
Vice president of marketing and communications

Denise brings 20 years of diverse health care marketing experience to Krames, having worked with global Fortune 500 companies and not-for-profit health care organizations.

Previously, she spent 10 years as a B2B marketing vice president with Aramark. She has also held marketing leadership roles at NextGen Healthcare, a health care technology provider, and Quincy Medical Center, a Boston-area community hospital.

Denise is board certified in health care management from the American College of Healthcare Executives. She also holds a level 5 certification from the Pragmatic Marketing Institute. Denise received her MBA from Widener University, master's degree in Integrated Marketing from Emerson College, and bachelor's degree from Framingham State University.

Amy VanStee
Vice president of content

Amy leads a team of creative and clinical experts who provide engaging, educational, and results-driven content solutions to health care providers and payers across the country. Her areas of expertise include content strategy, content creation, health literacy, and client relations. Amy is passionate about bright, clear prose that resonates with readers and empowers them to live healthier lives.

Her 20 years of editorial experience also includes custom publishing, academic publishing, and corporate communications. Amy holds a Master of Arts in Writing from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hope College.

Rob Boldon
Executive director of technology

Rob oversees the development, quality, and delivery of our software solutions at Krames. 

Before Krames, he served as director leading the development efforts for StayWell's well-being solution.

Rob was also a senior manager at a division of Underwriters Laboratories (UL), an employer of more than 13,000 people. There, he created and led several teams engaged in enterprise-level clinical and training/education software development.

Rob has thrived within the health care and education industries for 15 years, providing software solutions to midsized through Fortune 500 companies.
