Ann Bilyew
Senior vice president of health and group GM of provider services for Internet Brands and WebMD

Ann has more than 20 years of experience in investing in and leading health care companies. She’s responsible for the quality, client retention, growth, and financial performance of market-leading companies such as Krames, EngagedMedia, and others.

Ann previously served as CEO of MDeverywhere, a market-leading health care SAS technology and revenue cycle company, and as a board member and general partner of Advent International, a top private equity firm.

Ann earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kansas.

Simon Bradstock
Senior vice president and general manager

Simon's depth of experience includes developing data-driven products, driving consumer engagement and action, building value-based client relationships, delivering profitable growth through new and existing revenue streams, and planning and delivering successful M&A and integrations.

Previously, he served as president of Tea Leaves Health, the provider division of Welltok, Inc. He has also held progressive leadership roles with Experian's consumer insights business and its Hitwise digital measurement solution. Additionally, he spent 14 years in sales, product, and operations leadership with the Dow Jones/Reuters/Factiva group of companies.

Simon holds a bachelor's degree in genetics from Swansea University and a postgraduate certificate in management studies from the University of West London.

David Klasnick
Senior vice president of client services

A performance-driven leader, David oversees implementation, value delivery, and account management functions for Krames clients in the health system, payer, and association sectors.

David has more than 20 years of experience in hospital operations improvement, technology implementation, and value delivery. He joined Krames after tenures as managing director and senior director for consulting services with The Advisory Board. He also held progressive health care consulting roles with Cardinal Health.

David received his MBA and bachelor's degree from the University of Denver.

Michael Andrews
Vice president of health system sales

Michael leads a sales organization in designing and developing innovative and immersive brand, patient, and physician marketing programs—powered by the unrivaled reach of WebMD and Medscape platforms—for health systems, hospitals, and other provider organizations.

A high-performing digital leader with deep sales management experience, Michael has managed sales teams at the forefront of digital transformation and performance marketing. From guiding Time Inc.'s transition to programmatic solutions to transforming B2B advertising to demand-generation KPIs, Michael excels at proving client ROI.

Michael received his master's degree from The New School in writing and his bachelor's degree from The George Washington University.

Mitch Collier
Vice president of products and services

An experienced software development leader with a demonstrated history of delivering successful solutions in the health care technology industry, Mitch leads the product management and user experience teams in creating and enhancing Krames solutions.

Mitch has more than 20 years of experience in building patient, consumer, and clinician applications. As an early participant in the HL7® FHIR® Foundation, he has been an industry leader in interoperability and integrated solutions with EHR systems. He's passionate about new and innovative solutions that help people manage their health and improve health care.

Mitch studied at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He has a bachelor's degree from Pacific University.

Jeremiah McGuire
Vice president of sales and strategy

Jeremiah leads the clinical solutions sales organization that’s focused on expanding our patient education, engagement, and adherence solutions—including Krames On FHIR® and Krames On-Demand®—into new health systems, hospitals, and other health care provider organizations.

He joins Krames following sales leadership roles with prominent health care technology organizations including SONIFI Health, Netsmart Technologies, and Allscripts, where he successfully leveraged technology solutions and strategic partnerships to advance patient engagement and improve care, communication, and outcomes along the health journey. 

He holds an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Denise Spillane, FACHE
Vice president of marketing and communications

Denise oversees Krames marketing strategy and execution including brand strategy and development, content marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, and client and employee communications functions.

An award-winning marketing and communications leader, Denise has 20 years of diverse health care marketing experience, working with health care providers, technology product suppliers, and managed services partners ranging from global Fortune 200 companies to not-for-profit community health care organizations.

Previously, she spent 10 years as a B2B marketing vice president with Aramark. She has also held marketing leadership roles at NextGen Healthcare, a health care technology provider, and Quincy Medical Center, a Boston-area community hospital.

Denise is board certified in health care management from the American College of Healthcare Executives. She also holds a level 5 certification from the Pragmatic Marketing Institute. Denise received her MBA from Widener University, master's degree in integrated marketing from Emerson College, and bachelor's degree from Framingham State University.

Rob leads the development, quality, and delivery of our software solutions at Krames.

Rob has been a technology solutions leader within the health care and education industries for 15 years, providing suites of software and tools to midsized through Fortune 500 companies. Before Krames, he served as director leading the development efforts for StayWell's well-being solution. Rob was also a senior manager at a division of Underwriters Laboratories (UL).

Rob has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of New Brunswick and an associate’s degree in information technology from Information Technology Institute.
