New, web-based platform leverages StayWell’s health assessment expertise to help hospitals understand and engage patients

YARDLEY, Penn. (December 18, 2015) – Consumers today have access to more information about their health and the care they receive than ever, which can make it challenging for hospitals to attract and retain patients. Fortunately, a new online health assessment platform called Health Evaluators from StayWell, helps hospitals and clinic systems engage patients, provide valuable health education and learn about the health status of their community. Health Evaluators are short, web-based questionnaires that can be displayed on a hospital or clinic website to engage consumers and direct them to the care they need or opportunities to improve their health.
