Krames On-Demand 4.0 technical requirements
Krames On-Demand 4.0 is accessed remotely via the Internet. To use this application, some specific network-level and browser settings are required. There are also individual workstation requirements.
Network-level settings

Firewall settings (If Krames hosted)
- Port 80 not filtered
- Port 443 not filtered to access Krames On-Demand via SSL

Proxy server settings
- Cookie filtering turned off
- Caching turned off
Browser settings
- Cookies enabled
- JavaScript/Active Scripting enabled
Workstation requirements
- Access to the Internet (minimum recommended speed is 56K)
- Windows®-based personal computer (233 MHz Pentium® or better processor)
- 64 MB RAM (minimum recommended)
- Windows® 98 or higher
- Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher or Netscape® 7.0
- Screen resolution of 1024 x 768 recommended; minimum of 800 x 600
- Laser or inkjet printer accessible by workstation computer
Additional requirements for client-hosted You can store the entire Krames On-Demand 4.0 application on your server, behind your firewalls. The following requirements must be met for this option.
Web server requirements
- Windows 200 Server or Windows 2003 Server
- Internet Information Server (IIS) 5.0 or above
- Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
- Microsoft Data Access components 2.7 SP1 or above
Additionally, you will need a database server which meets the following minimum specification: Microsoft SQL Server 2000
Custom logo requirementsYour organization can display its own logo in place of the default Krames logo on HealthSheets™. To do so, you will need to supply us with a copy of your logo in an electronic format.
- Color or black-and-white TIFF (preferred format)
- Color or black-and-white EPS, GIF or PICT (alternative formats)
- Minimum 150 dpi
- Image size equal to desired size or larger
Additionally, you will need a database server which meets the following minimum specification: Microsoft SQL Server 2000
