Implementation is hassle-free with Krames’ Client Services Team.

Implementing Krames On-Demand is easy. Krames’ talented team of experienced professionals will work with you to help minimize the impact on your current workflow while maximizing staff utilization — and value.

Your Implementation Team. Krames’ Client Services Division is dedicated to providing superior training and support. A specially trained Account Manager will work with both your technical team and your clinical educators every step of the way to ensure a smooth implementation that meets the needs of your entire organization.

Krames On-Demand (KOD) Task Force. These are the members of your organization who will lead the implementation and training process for your organization. We recommend that your KOD Task Force include representatives from your clinical team who will be using the program as well as an IT contact who can ensure we address all your H.I.S. issues.

ensure a smooth implementation.

Internal Marketing Campaign. Since your annual subscription provides unlimited use of Krames On-Demand, maximizing your staff’s usage is critical to making the most of your investment. That’s why we’ve developed a strategic plan to help you spread the word and generate enthusiasm among your staff. Your account manager will provide you with a variety of promotional tools including:

• Full-color posters with space to enter who to contact for more information
• Template for flyers that highlight the benefits of Krames On-Demand
• Text for e-mail and printed announcements

Account Architecture. Flexibility is a hallmark of the Krames On-Demand system. To ensure that the program is implemented in the most complimentary manner to your current systems, your Krames account manager will work closely with your internal KOD Task Force on Account Architecture issues.

The process begins with a detailed interview to learn:

• How you’re currently dispensing patient education
• How your processes are currently configured
• What your reporting requirements are
• How you will measure success for KOD in your organization

Upon completion, the data is analyzed and recommendations are made on:

• How to best set up departments/groups within your organization
• How to dole out account permissions
• How to establish procedures for setting up folders
• How to best provide access to the program at the workstation

This Account Architecture Blueprint will guide the implementation and training process.

 
Krames On-Demand Implementation Kit.

You’ll get all the tools you need to successfully implement Krames On-Demand into your facility. Your kit includes:

  • Posters (5) – build awareness of Krames On-Demand throughout your facility
  • Account Start-Up Guide – features comprehensive information to help you get your Krames On-Demand account set up, including creating groups, folder 6management and changing protocols, all in a convenient 3-ring binder; also contains tools to help you train your staff, including two PowerPoint presentations.
  • User Guides (20) – distribute to every department and provide step-by-step instructions for finding, personalizing, printing and bookmarking HealthSheetsTM
  • Quick Start Cards (50) – durable, pocket-sized “cheat sheets” overview key functions for fast reference

Training. Your Krames Client Services Manager will work with you to coordinate training for all levels of users. We offer many training packages to best suit your needs and budget. Unique programs for users, super users and account managers can be delivered in a variety for formats.

Your Krames On-Demand license includes an online tutorial that’s available in the program to all users, as well as a series of group training webinars conducted by our Client Services group.

For a nominal fee, we offer a helpful one-on-one Account Manager’s Webinar. This two-hour training session covers everything a Krames On-Demand Account Manager needs to know.

Your Krames On-Demand Account Representative can also conduct In-Service Training for Users. This half-day, on-site training session provides hands-on instruction for up to 15 users.
